Happenings

Hey everyone!  Welcome to the blog for real! :)  We're going to try this out and see what happens so feel free to make comments and create your own posts!  Just a quick reminder for this upcoming week.  On Saturday, we will be discussing a piece of our story that is either joyful and happy or something that is sad.  You choose which direction you want to go.  Come prepared to write, draw, or create something to help tell your story (supplies and directions will be provided there), and bring an object that reminds you of that piece of your story.  In an attempt to keep us on track and give everyone time to share, we will have a 5 minute time limit on actually sharing our stories.  This is for a couple of reasons - one being that it is good to learn how to tell your story succinctly and learn what is important to share.  The other is simply to allow space and time for each person to tell their story.  I am so excited about sharing this time with each of you and seeing how God continues to redeem our stories and prepare each of us for what He has in store.  Have a great week, and I will see you Saturday!
